I read up on human behavior patterns which is why people act a certain way in a social interaction and then i study series and study the behavior

******I apply this to my daily interactions with people or when I'm involved with conflict so I know how to protect myself emotionally... Anyone else do this? I've done it since I was a small child.

Yes. I always like to know what I’m really dealing with or how best I should deal with it. It’s not always easy applying what I find out, though, because of my [i]own[/i] behavior patterns. 🤷🏻‍♀️[
