Hmmm...writer's block is pretty much a myth. No professional writer I've ever known takes its existence seriously.
Here's a suggestion:
Give yourself permission to write badly. (You can always edit later, or start over).
Keep writing sessions very short, maybe 15-20 minutes. And end them while you are still full of steam and eager to continue; take notes on all your great ideas for continuing. That way, you will be eager to get to the next session and will have no trouble knowing how to start again.
