Visual Artists. How do you create art?

I put on music on repeat. Then when I feel ready I get to work.

I like to watch movies while I work. Mostly just listen. I find the storyline helps me focus, strangely. Changing beats and songs really continuously "wakes" my brain out of the creative mode.

@caccoon I used film and music as background noise. So I understand even if my process is a little different.
