It’s a lot of fun ! Our farm has carefully been turned into a hunting/ fishing paradise . I love it out there . Going again next week! 👍🏻

@Southernpride111 we are 3 1/2 hours away . The lake is 27 acres , stocked and managed by ducks unlimited and a university that set up a post grad fisheries research station there ... water is clear , even with all the duck poop! Constant level , aerated . 😁
The deer are our doing .. irrigated food plots and good cover and water . 😁

There only 10 acres left. The rest has been sold off @TexChik

@Southernpride111 aww. My husband inherited his family farm and was going to sell it . I grew up on a farm and this place is a patch of blackland in the middle of a sand pile . Everything grows there and the wildlife is abundant. The main farm is 950 acres and we’ve managed to acquire another 700 that’s very close by on the cheap over the years , My father in law had spent 30 years buying all the mineral rights in that area . And my hubby is an oil guy . 😉
We grow all our hay and wheat over there . The farm is all CRP ... with special dispensation for wildlife food plots
