Have recently over two months now embraced mindfulness meditation.

My counselor suggested it to me and I started trying it and have stuck with it.

I find loving kindness meditations are really good for developing an expansive mindset, have you tried them ?

Yes, those are good. There are meditations for showing your self love and kindness and also channeling it towards others. Self-compassion and compassion for those around you. I like both. Sometimes we need to be reminded of what we're grateful for.

@YoungPoet345 I'm doing like 10 minute intervals every two hours when I'm not working. Finding now I can sit for longer how about you ?
