Do any of you guys know much about hydroponics

I have small unit , growing herbs and lettuces , but want to try watercress and other new things , any suggestions
( and no not drugs )

watercress used to grow wild in the swamp at the farm . factory polluted it . good luck to you . :-)

I’m really lucky have greasy cressbeds near me but would like to try adding organic flavour in the stream process @anoderod55
