Saving Coins

One of my first jobs following High School was a cashier. I always had to count out my drawer to have ready for the next shift. One afternoon a boy of about 12 yrs. came in the Department store. He was purchasing toys and games and of course I knew he'd taken these solid Silver coins from his Grand-Dads Stash. Still I was always careful; knowing my drawer would balance out. I also felt I had a good rapport with the customers. Often I would advise elders to allow this Shirt to remain in my cubicle as on the Morrow, that it would be half off and on sale.

So... you know those gigantic Cans of Popcorn they sell @ Christmas? I need to see what I have in my collection. Of course I don't want to pay to see their value or worth.

Years ago while working in a motorcycle shop, a man bought a BSA motorcycle with silver dollars. About 1200 of em. It was cool I'd never seen that many coins. We took em but asked why he didn't take them to the bank and bring us a check?
