Does Anyone on SW Make Their Own Candles?

I started doing it as another hobby, and it's ridiculously easy, fun, and now I don't ahve to spend a ton of money for nice candles that make the house smell good.

So, I started to type out the instructions, then since I'm not a great typist, I decided to post the video I first watched. You can get supplies from candlescience.com or amazon.com. I use soy wax, and I don't tint (color) my candles.

Exact weights of wax, dye if you use it, and scents, as well as temperatures are really important. So for sure have a scale, and a good thermometer.

I wish I had time. It's on my to do list.

@stephanie19 It doesn't take a whole lot of time - maybe, once you have everything together, an hour or so. The longest part of it is the waiting part, waiting 24 hours for the candle to completely solidify.

It sounds fun.

@TechniCoIorBroccoli Okay, I'll type it out and post it for you. You'll need some basic supplies, which I'll list too.

You can post it as a story for people to read and even show a photo if you want to@frequentlyme
