Can you become fluent at a language in 1 month? Assuming you already know the basics of this language

Proficient but probably not fluent
My sister became fluent in Spanish from spending a summer in Mexico with friends, but it was 2 and a half months in her case and no one spoke English to her during that time.

@bijouxbroussard this is really the only way to learn a language well. You have to live in it and be forced to use it all day.

If you're studying 10 hours a day every day, i don't see why not. If you're studying 2 hours a day over 30 days, i don't think so.

Me? no. I am not that good at my mother tongue. No way I would be proficient at another in a month.
If you find me a pretty tutor
I will make she she sticks to making me fluent 😏❤
