At least 2 hours every morning of yoga and stretching light lifting and balance board/ wobble disc routines as well as Thera ball exercises. Just to get my banged up body going. Then maybe in winter if it's a weekday or a powder day I'm on the mtn. In summer after my 2 hour warm up I go mtn bike or SUP. It's not easy with pain but with adrenalin comes relief with relief comes fun possibly. Days I'd say 5 but everyday I workout somehow unless I'm injured which can be often 馃槬

@Lovelivelaugh thanks I needed it for my time on snow now it's just habit I made a change at 19/20 in my diet too no soda and no fast food. It's not easy but I eat pretty healthy with a lot of homegrown produce from my folks who live out of the area where you can grow almost anything. My moms a master gardener as was her dad and she's a gourmet cook as her mom wasn't lol and my mom learned to cook early on as she prefered hers to my grandmas. I have to agree with her it's one of her passions. I have several but get criticized for them. They (folks) often don't see they are the same as me. Lol. Parents just don't understand. Lol

@Lovelivelaugh also I broke my back four times at the same vert. And burst a disc. Had to get fused. It's been 12 years of solid pain. And last summer I got more titanium as I destroyed my right clavicle. :/ I'm not accident prone but when stuff goes wrong it goes way wrong. 馃槧

@2cool4school I try to eat healthy everyday. I grow herbs but never tried growing veggies.

@Lovelivelaugh tomatoes are easy and so yummy compared to the store. My mom has a little farm going between all her plots so she grows actually most of the greens they eat. And I get my share too my folks buy half a grass fed cow with my relatives. My mom is a health food nut since before I was born. Eating healthy is the new survival of the fittest in the sense you'll spend way less $ and time taking away from your normal life. Don't lose your health.
