@dale74 Nothing fancy. More water, more walking, less food 🤣 I did work hard actually, slowly at first, doing light aerobic sort of exercises. I had previously been fit many years ago so it seemed my body had some memory of what to do 😅

@RohitKhanna Yes, consistency was important and having the right mindset. My confidence was actually good, even at my biggest size.
