Why has the user I reported only got a Warning instead of being Suspended?

We totally understand that the reported user may not have had a good behavior, but unfortunately we can't go ahead and suspend a user just because of one incident. If another incident happens in the future, we have a log that says that this user has been warned in the past, and that may be the time to permanently suspend this user. This fully depends on each situation and case.

However, if this user learns the lesson and changes their behaviors, we will be happy to keep them on SimilarWorlds.
