Sounds positive. Make sure you have a small treat in there as well, though. Makes it so much easier to stick to. Without that treat, you feel like you're missing out and you come to resent it, and slip back into old habits.

yea that's a good Idea salads affordable I don't want to get burned out! I do have dinner I'm trying to snack through out the day.
