I Want to Be Healthy

I've told myself time and time again to start exercising when I wake up in the morning, but I always back out at the last minute. A couple of months ago I actually ran every morning for a week or so, but I injured my knee and fell out of practice. Never really got back into it. I know that I should, but my motivation evaporates when the time comes to actually get out of bed and do it.
