I'm trying to be healthy...

Currently eating stuffed bell peppers, got some "nice cream" (avocado, cacao, almond milk) in the freezer for later, and tea brewing. I think the stuffed pepers will become a staple for me, really good and just one half and I'm full.

Ate Wendy's with a strawberry milkshake yesterday though 🫣

Hehe , no problem you can still treat yourself just watch what else you eat that day. It’s good you’re eating healthy. It’s totally worth it. I’m in the same situation as you.

@SW-User ya, I just finished meal prepping too. More of the stuffed peppers, baked potatoes with chicken, and the other half of a roast with carrots and greenbeans. Might eat that today though.
Gotta get my belly flatter. Then with the cooler weather coming, weight gain is also coming. Trying to get ahead. Had a protein shake for breakfast. I don't really like shakes, so I may end up just putting the protein powder in to other things, like my oatmeal or something.

@iamnikki That sounds good. It’s all about preparing meals beforehand so you won’t grab the easy junk and processed foods last minute. Don’t let the cold weather worry you. In the past I was able to stay fit in cool weather. It’s actually the summer heat that makes me fatigued. I don’t like protein shakes either. I bought one and gave it away. Good luck.
