Is an hour and forty six minutes too much walking or is that good?

I go on walks every week. I'll go few times a week. Two days ago I went on a walk for an hour and forty six minutes. I know it sounds a lot but I felt good walking. My legs were tired. I try to go for walks for at least an hour. My goal today is to walk for about an hour.

No, I think it’s great and it strengthens your legs as they adapt to it.
@bijouxbroussard Thanks! That's what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to get my legs to adapt and get used to it because I'm trying to live a permanent healthy lifestyle.
