I exercise regularly!

I weigh 44 kilogrammes, which I think is 97 pounds imperial weight, the equivalent of forty four bags of sugar, and I am one metre seventy four and a half tall. Some say I am skinny for my height, I don't know!

I have muscle tone but I don't have a noticeable musculature like a fitness teacher or dancer. I have an exercise routine which includes tennis and swimming, and dancing. I have tried Zumba, and other exercise fads, as well as boxercise, and jujitsu.

I enjoy running, and climbing and whatever I can do as exercise that doesn't involve a gym membership, because I can use the gym at the university for a small fee.

It's my diet that I'm gradually changing. I try not to eat much meat, preferring fish instead, but I don't eat anything with a shell. I like green vegetables, especially salad vegetables, leafs, and my diet includes carrots, tomatoes and lentils, chickpeas, and olives.

From good health we are able to work hard for individual wealth.

Well you could do more running , Cardio and eat healthy food. Fish is great too and also green leafs...veggies are most important
