Try using a balsamic vinaigrette instead of mayo. Its easy to make and healthier. 2 parts balsamic vinegar 1 part olive oil. Add some salt and pepper too if you like.

Don't use mayo- used sundried tomato turkey, laughing cow pepper jack cheese, salsa and a smidge of ranch. I mean it was good but not really what I wanted lol- but trying to eat better!

There are ways to do so with out giving up too much. You just have to be willing to change what you want into what you need. With me, I love cheesecake. It's my weakness. However a handful of grapes will do the trick most of the time.
