I Want to Take Better Care of My Health

I am using an app which helps to monitor the calories, carbs, fat, protein and fibre percentage from the food we eat. I am not saying it's accurate but it gives an estimate calculation of calorie intake. I noticed that one week after I planned and planned my food schedule according to the app, I am losing weight and feel full than ever before. Yes, I run alternative days too.
It's amazing how well watching what we eat actually helps keep our health in check 馃敟
