I Want to Take Better Care of My Health

I've been thinking about the things that are most disruptive to my digestive system health:
1. Stress
2. Process sugars and too much sweets (anything more than about 2 cookies or bite size candy a day.)
3. Strong dark coffee.
4. Process foods (anything with a Kraft label, in a can or box).
5. Fast food (particularly MCDondeqthburgers).

Seems the first triggers a landslide onto the others, for me.
