I Want to Be Healthy

I finally decided to start running again. Set my alarm to go two diff days that it of course rained.. Then woke up extra early today, squeezed into 5 bras/sport bras and was excited it was the perfect weather considering it’s August and all and I get there and see this this 😑


I called where the next closest track was and it was closed too. I’m beginning to think it’s not meant to be at this time 👀

No need to run, slow and steady, eat healthly and just walk for 30 minutes 4 or 5 days a week. It's sustainable and good for your joints

@SW-User Thank you 🙂 I want to run for more than physical health. It helps me release built up anger that no walk could ever do, so it benefits me both ways 😸
