I Want to Be Healthy

I'm a healthy teenager, so I prefer to say I want to stay healthy.

Here are some tips that me (or someone I know) use to stay healthy:
~Go on a diet
My mom doesn't eat any grains or anything processed.
~Exercise
I am a runner I run XC (Cross-Country) and track. But if running isn't your style find something else that is. A close friend of my mom just walks a lot. My grandma prefers to bike
