I Want to Be Healthy

When my wife was healthy.
I would do strength training 3 times a week for about a hour at a time. Then on the other 3 days I would do cardio, running and or stair master for 6 miles or a hour at a time.
Last year I did 4 Spartan races at various lengths. I earned my trifecta in the Spartan races. I ran a 5k, a frozen 5 miler and a half marathon.
Once my wife gets healthy and I can get training again. I plan on getting back on the same schedule and do another Spartan trifecta and possibly run in the Boston Marathon to support cancer research.
One step at a time.

Thanks, it's a long haul. I treat recovery like a spartan race. You take 1 obstacle at a time. Sometimes you can do the obstacle by yourself, sometimes you need a little help, and sometimes you can't do it and you need to do burpees. Lol@SW-User
