I Want to Be Healthy
I'm trying to come back from both physical and mental injuries that took me out for the majority of 2017. It seems to take so long to get in shape but is so easy to lose all those gains, and now I'm starting from scratch again. The past two days are the first two that I was able to run a mile on the track (9 laps) without stopping. I know that doesn't sound like that big a deal, but for me, it's a nice step in getting back to where I want to be.
