I Want to Be Healthy

Only it feels so much more difficult than during summer holiday! I swim everyday but we naturally eat fatty foods in the winter to gain weight. It is natural instinct. In the summer it is salad and lean meats. The sunshine helps to invigorate also. If only it were summertime!

@NewBecky I think they all get the wrong intentions when nudity is mentioned... I am quite conservative and can chat about anything but all about xxx. This space allows you to be who you want but you still have to respect ones wishes!
