I Want to Be Healthy

Only it feels so much more difficult than during summer holiday! I swim everyday but we naturally eat fatty foods in the winter to gain weight. It is natural instinct. In the summer it is salad and lean meats. The sunshine helps to invigorate also. If only it were summertime!

have you tried the apple cider vinegar thing yet? i started this week. haven't seen any changes yet.

@swl2jo Take 1 tablespoon of vinegar 3x's a day mixed with water. You will start to see results in about 2 weeks.
