I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

Green tea is great , it helps you burn calories and it lowers inflammation . Try eating more fiber foods too.

Define fiber? Usually the only way for me to get lots of fiber, it has too much startch. But if I just focus on plenty of veggies, then I'm good.

@darktippedrose: Fiber from veggies is great and low sugar fruits like berries.

@Anneofgreen: I can't eat fruit. I'm mostly allergic. ughhhh. My favorite is actually blueberries - one of the few that I can have.

@darktippedrose: Blueberries are healthy and you should eat them daily if you don't eat anything else. Is your bloodd sugar high?

@Anneofgreen: I have no idea. I've never tested it.
