I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

With veggies, try to avoid the frying that is needed to make a frittata.
Go for steaming or dry baking (Use olive oil or coconut, small amount)
Go for brown rice not white.
Use legumes such as lentils/chick peas so on.
Over the next week, keep a food diary, write the time and the food item.
If you want, then PM your food diary to me.
