I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

many vegetarians eat too much junk and dairy...I can see you are not ready to make a meaningful change...a low fat whole food plant based diet/lifestyle is the way to terrific health, that means being 100% responsible for what you put in your mouth, for many, a heart attack or worse, is when they wake up...it is your choice, and I wish you good luck...bye
