I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

My knees have a similar ill as you. To get up and down stairs was a huge issue. Then .....I found the use of a FOAM ROLLER.
Now .... I can walk and walk, stairs are OK 2.
Look up on YouTube as how to use it. It hurts at first, use each day for at least 3/4 weeks and you will see a huge difference. You can roll the spine/limbs/legs
With your weight, read up on LOW GI foods. I have managed to keep off 44Lbs in 20 years. It can be done, it takes time and effort. No easy way out.....
Let go of SUGAR .....let go of junk and fast food. (soft drinks are the worst for you)
(Make 80% of your intake plant based.)
