I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

a lot of people have mentioned vegetarianism a lot as the golden cure to pcos weight gain. I've heard it for years. and guess what - it made me gain weight, even more so and it makes me sick to my stomach. headaches out the A$$.

I don't eat lots of better. I have low fat yoghurt for breakfast sometimes. I have red meat from time to time. I eat eggs and chicken and shrimp when I can afford it.

I already eat a crapload of veggies.
