I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

hi, I sympathise with your situation, you say you are VERY overweight, and then say you don't eat junk, that may be so,eating a "normal" animal based diet, with dairy and butter eggs will cause you to become very overweight, as the average in usa is 30 lbs overweight....."the fat we eat is the fat we wear" that is why I suggested that "trying" doesn't ever work...you have to understand why you are very overweight...I was almost normal a long way back, I changed my PATTERN of eating, and I am slim now for quite a few years...I stopped eating ALL animal foods, dairy, eggs, all animal foods....I eat a low fat whole food plant based diet....it is the foods usually...check out a facebook group, "let food be they medicine" good luck
