I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

see now thats the thing. I rarely eat junk food. I don't drink soda and I'm still very overweight. No one believes that I eat a crap load of veggies. and if I don't have a small amount of animal protein, especially red meat from time to time, I get raging head aches.

but NO ONE believes me. ughhhhhh.

I just started taking hydroxycut and my energy is getting better. I still need a nap on the weekends to help me manage and stuff and do all my hard work during the week. but whatever.
