I Want to Be Healthy

I have PCOS. I've had surgery for a torn meniscus and a torn mcl ligament on both my knees. My left knee is starting to hurt a lot.

I am VERY overweight for my height. Even when I watch my weight, nothing happens. Regardless of exercise.

I try my best to do Fitness Blender exercises but I believe that its just not fit for my body. No matter how much I've tried to make it work. GRRRRRR.

I have to find an alternative to conventional gym exercises.

I also have LOTS of fatigue but sometimes I really need to stay awake. I am looking into some energy pills and possibly some diet supplements to help me because metformin isn't cutting it.

are you diabetic, is that why you take metformin...get into a low fat plant based diet/lifestyle as soon as possible...your metabolism will speed up and you will lose weight, then gradually get into some exercise, walking is a great start if you can, as the weight lessens and the junk foods disappear the inflammation will go also....you can walk, do some weights ....go slowly, depending first and formost on the low fat plant based diet/lifestyle...and good luck...
