But I hate healthy foods...

Go to heathy food restaurants and vegetarian restaurants and try new dishes you've never tried before (ask the waiter to recommend something); do this once a week. After a few months, you will have developed some new favorite foods. You can then learn to cook some of them at home. Gradually, you can replace some old foods with some new healthier options by simply eating more of your new favorite foods thus crowding out the old junkier foods (which you can still eat a little of now and then for old times sake).
