Try aloe gel or bio oil.
It might not go completely, it might just fade.

@SW-User Aloe absolutely fades scars significantly...if you commit to doing it many times a day.

@SW-User If you have access to fresh aloe, it's much better. But otherwise even the pharmaceutical one will be okay.
