i dont think its against the law to drink coffee at any age well maybe any age below 4

No specific law, but watch the amount, because the higher caffeine content on a small body could lead to heart palpitations, sweating, and breathing problems as their adrenaline surges and their blood sugar is spent through. Then any resulting health issues would be potential for reckless endangerment or negligence, just like if you left a child in a hot car only for a few minute, you could still be charged with a crime even if they weren't harmed.

Something diluted like an iced mocha wouldn't be terrible, or only a few sips of coffee, but I wouldn't give anyone under 12 a full cup of coffee.

It's not against the law but I wouldn't advise it unless you want a 6yr old climbing the walls lol I didn't allow my 14yr old to drink any until she was around 13 an she loves it but it started to make her anxious so she switched to decaf

i wasn't allowed to drink coffee when i was younger .. until the age of around 14 .. i don't think there's an age limit though ..

I don't think that's a good idea. The kid will be bouncing around all day or night.
Meli4win · 31-35, F
Its not against the law but against common sense.

It's not against the law but if you deliberately hype up a kid and make them sick that very well could be considered a form of child abuse.

I doubt there's a law against it, but rather common sense would take charge of that situation.

I am Polish, therefore the age limit of booze does not apply.
CathrynDsw · 31-35, F
I bet most 6 year old wouldn't want it though
