Should you work out when you're still sore from the last one?

Tried googling it yesterday and read that it's fine but I got horrible leg cramps last night and I didn't exactly overdo it on the workout.

To lessen the chances of leg cramps try stretching before and after a workout. And drink plenty of water or Gatorade. Your muscles lose water and electrolytes during a workout. 😉

@shakenama I was careful to warm up and do stretches, I read that getting protein after is good for repair.
