Should you work out when you're still sore from the last one?

Tried googling it yesterday and read that it's fine but I got horrible leg cramps last night and I didn't exactly overdo it on the workout.

@SW-User be sure to balance your electrolytes to manage the cramps. If the pain is bad don't workout for now. A little pain is ok, too much is a sign to pause.
