Am I a fat ass?

I had 1368 calories when I was done with dinner. That is the full day's, not that meal's. I also exercised a lot. I did a lot of sit ups, as many push ups as I could, and went for a 40 minute walk (would have been longer, but my foot started to hurt).

Calorie input and output isn't exactly the most efficient way to measure obesity or even weight gain for that matter. In fact, more eating disorders are caused or exasperated by a skewed perception of calories than by bullying. Consult a licensed medical professional, preferably one with a nutrition and wellness background or profession. As a general rule of thumb, a young adult female weighing around 150 pounds should have a caloric intake of roughly 1,700-2,000 calories per day as recommended by the FDA and dependant upon her activity levels and the quality of her diet. As I said earlier though, only a licensed health professional should be able to tell you what is best for you in your specific circumstances because every individual requires different health regimens.
