Am I a fat ass?

I had 1368 calories when I was done with dinner. That is the full day's, not that meal's. I also exercised a lot. I did a lot of sit ups, as many push ups as I could, and went for a 40 minute walk (would have been longer, but my foot started to hurt).

Are you 5'4" or shorter? And overdoing it just means getting injured. Plan your workouts and then stop when they are done.

@GoldenWorm: I'm 5'5". It started to hurt because of surgery a few months ago. The pain is sometimes there, sometimes not.

@fluteacorn: I wouldn't worry about being a fat ass, you're likely under your needed nutrition levels.

@GoldenWorm: I agree with this sentiment. If you are less than 25 years old and not meeting your required nutritional values (notice I didn't say calories) meaning the needed carbohydrates, natural sugars, proteins, and the myriad of vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function and grow properly you are essentially causing harm tp your body that could result in a decreased metabolism which would cause unpredictable and unhealthy weight fluctuations. For all that is holy do not throw up or hide your food. Trust that you are not fat and that your mother is not in any way shape or form "fattening you up" and is feeding you the correct amount of food. My personal opinion is you have a the begining warning signs of an eating disorder and have many misconceptioms on what constitutes healthy. Talk to your school counselor or even better your primary care physician. If you cannot do that look for the correct information on healthy nutrition for growimg adolescents.
