Either use White Willow Bark or MSM. Both at Swanson Vitamins online, or wherever you wish to get them. These are natural and cannot hurt you. If you use the MSM, which I feel is the best, take one in the morning each day.

I suggest you to do 2 things: 1. do meditation or sharing with someone about the reason why you feel stressful. 2. Take LIQUID sleeping medicine at 9 or 10pm and go to bed early. The later you stay up late, the more stressful you will feel when you think more and more.
