it depends on your current weight, height and activity. 1575 is extremely low. you should be like.. 4'2" or something.

@DeadCowboy: I can eat 1690 but that's with exercising 5 times a week for about 45 minutes. Must have something wrong with me.

@PaleandPolluted86: if you undershoot calories, your body will react oddly and start storing everything it can. it's a weird mix.

@PaleandPolluted86: no that sounds about right if you are around 164 cm-ish tall, not over weight and have an active life!
