Have a problem with sleep . Any help ?

I have sleep disturbance , my duty is not fixed , sometimes night duty and other morning ? I cant feel better after sleeping 6 or even 8 hours . And wake up in between , what should i do ? ( no body tell me to quite 馃槄馃槄馃槄 )

The way our circadian rhythms work, we're adapted to sleep three or four hours at a time. But modern life has pushed us into having two of those periods back to back. You might find you have the opportunity to go back to a more natural sleeping pattern. Although you'll be tired at first. I'd try to sleep before and after each shift. If you're sleeping twice a day, the time of day you sleep becomes less important.
