Do you know of a good gym in Rome?

I arrived here the day before yesterday but I've not found a gym close to where I am in Rome, does anyone know if one.mim in the east of the city.

The Coloseum has been a traditional location for a good workout such as running away from lions.

@sogdianrock: but the facilities are very basic, no showers and the gym floor isn't sprung, nor hung, nor useful really!
