Should I be worried?
I just came back from the bathroom and I literally COLLAPSED into my bed. I lost all muscle control for probably 20 seconds and I don't know what to do. My heart is racing because it was really scary.

It could be a hemiplegic migraine, even if you don't have a headache it can be a precursor to a headache.

It's a sort of a migraine that causes stroke-like symptoms and/or weakness, dizziness, vertigo, and eventually a headache.
