M2M: Why u like dis?

It hit me like a sudden thunderstorm today ~ no red skies to warn me, no distant thunder rumbling louder and louder, no warning signs... this depressive episode just slapped down on me like a heavy wave crashing against sandy shores, disrupting every bead and crushing down on the surface.

I'm just feeling so down, so gone, so disoriented. 😔 why am I like this? Today was supposed to be a good day....
