What's the worst medical procedure you've ever had?

Getting staples put in my head when I was eight... the doctor told me to read a book and thought it would distract me from the pain.





It didn't.

Transsphenoidal Endoscopic/endonasal pituitary tumor resection surgery.

I woke up 15 minutes into a 45 minute arthroscopic surgery on my left knee.

Heart surgery at age 22

2 blood transfusions

Taking off a band-aid.

UTI--had catheters and other things shoved up my you-know-what. Not fun.

Fucking catheders and an intubation tube. It's like being raped by plastic, and when they pull them out it's extremely painful, and that pain lasts like a week. 'Course, they give you loopy lozenges, which only partially makes up for it.
