I can't get my hair to grow!?

Hey guys, I'm looking for tips, suggestions, anything really. I cut my hair 3 years ago and it's impossible to grow. It's still the same length. I've tried vitamins, shampoos , conditioners. If anyone has any suggestions or tips please let me know. I'm desperate!

How's your water intake?

Are you washing your hair too often? Doing so strips it of the oils it needs.

@TinyGiant: yes I was it like 2-3 times a week. And drink water all the time.

2 is the sweet spot.

Remember, you should be knocking down a gallon a day.

How can you tell? Are your cuticles peeling? If so, you aren't.

Also, a little product goes a long way. If you aren't sure, ask your stylist.
