Do You Get Enough Sleep?

How many hours do you sleep? Is it enough for you and are you happy about it? Do you sleep short wih two times aday?

I like to sleep 7-8 hours continuously, it makes me feel so full of daily life and happy.
But many times i sleep less like 4-5 hours and then sleep in the noon after work. But if i did this i feel lazy sometimes with a headache, not enjoying and having regrets of not sleeping fully 7-8 hours.
